Abstract
The purpose of this pilot case study was to support student wellbeing by assessing the prevalence of mental health disorders among students, the types of treatment used, and the coping strategies used and preferred by students at a small university. The study aimed to address a gap in the literature surrounding the preferred coping strategies for college students.
