Abstract
Participation of general education teachers in the individualized education program is essential to maintain a successful inclusive program for students with disabilities. However, general education teachers often report a lack of engagement and agency in the process. The purpose of this article is to provide several tools to increase general educators' ownership of the IEP process to lead toward the success of students with disabilities within their classrooms.
