Innovations in Organizational and Educational Development
Abstract
While we work to plant seeds of inspiration that may grow into sustained practice, we recognize that one-off activities, events or workshops have limited impact and outcomes beyond attendance, participation and exposure to ideas are difficult to confirm. This session will engage participants in situating faculty development activities along a continuum of connected offerings intended to move faculty deeper into consolidating and sustaining effective teaching and learning practice with a goal of contributing to a new wave in educational cohesion.
