Innovations in Organizational and Educational Development

Abstract

This past year has been full of change on personal and professional levels. Some of those changes have gone much smoother than others, but why? What are the key elements for making meaningful change? During this presentation, we will briefly share MUSC's story about changing multiple instructional technologies during the past challenging year, lessons learned, and how to take and apply this information. We believe that anyone can lead change from where they are. Whether you are making meaningful change in your classroom or leading your University through organizational change, there are five key elements we have found that make these changes meaningful and successful. If we incorporate these five elements discussed in this presentation, we can flip the perspective of virtual technology change management from isolating and challenging to positive and hopeful!
