Abstract/Description
The power that U.S. citizens have on the decision making process of the U.S. government achieves the goals set forth by our nation's forefathers. U.S. citizens today can study the U.S.-Spanish-Cuban relations from 1895-1903 and realize the democratic power and obligation that they have as a citizen of this country.
