Abstract/Description
The Internet, through HTML (Hypertext Mark Up Language) and E-mail, allows the creation of Web Sites for the publishing of information. The means to publish to the Internet is available to both individuals and organizations. The Internet also provides for quick and easy communication between individuals or groups for collaborative publishing and writing projects. With modern word processor software and the ability to send documents through email, both individuals and groups can read and comment on a document collaboratively. Beyond this is the ability with special software for two of more people to work on the same document simultaneously over the Internet from different geographical locations.
