Motorboats bobbing in the wake at the Sandy Island Boat Landing on the mainland as the camera travels away from the landing. Some of the boats belong to Sandy Island freedman community residents. Others belong to residents at The Fingers, a mostly-white development to the southwest of the historic Sandy Island community.
