Description

Mildred Allen is interviewed and she talks about her time at Coastal Carolina College and its early years of development. She talks about the formation of the Horry County Higher Education Commission and Coastal Educational Foundation and key individuals who helped fundraise. The opening of the college center with 103 students is also discussed. - Charmaine Tomczyk
