Description

Paul E. Richardson describes how he worked with his students and collaborators to build a COVID test for the campus. The project weaves together topics and skills taught to students in his biochemistry courses with real-world undergraduate research projects. This project perfectly encapsulates the teacher-scholar model, where Coastal Carolina University faculty focus on high quality teaching and engaged learning opportunities.
