Charles Pyatt, a community leader of Sandy Island, takes Coastal Carolina University professor Eric Crawford and two student photographers, Brooks Leibee and Hailey Melton, on a ride through the island headed to the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. He stops and talks to individuals working on Laura Herriott's house and casually discusses issues on the island.
