Description
Charles Pyatt, Sandy Island community leader, is looking onto the boat while he docks at Sandy Island. His boat is a bit worn. The seat in front of the driver's seat is torn with the paneling and cushion visible. The interior is older, and the color a bit washed, but it is still clean. He appears to be lost in thought.
