In this session you will learn of the strategies St. James Intermediate School has taken to go from our individual why to a collective vision mission driven school. You will also gain knowledge on collective teacher efficacy, and the enabling conditions that can lead to a 1.57 effect size on student achievement based on Visible Learning research. This session will provide strategies, and ideas to strengthen your organization or department.
